Jess is such a wonderful and professional stylist. She was incredibly patient and kind when I had trouble activating my voucher and even when my phone ran out of battery. She kindly lent me her charging cable so I could charge my phone right at the haircut chair. My son (primary school) was very picky and took his time browsing hairstyles on my phone, but Jess waited patiently without rushing him at all. It really made him feel comfortable and respected. It was also my son’s first time using hair gel, and Jess didn’t just style his hair for us – she took the time to teach both of us step by step how to use it properly. Even though I didn’t buy the gel from the store, she still showed me which type would be the best and easiest for my son, and how to apply it without making a mess. That level of care is rare. The haircut was great, but what touched me most was her hospitality and genuine kindness. A haircut is not just about shortening and styling hair – it’s also about how welcomed, supported, and understood you feel. Jess truly delivered all of that. She is a gem 💎 Highly recommended 💖

recently went to this barber and had a great experience. The hairstylist, Terrie, was extremely professional and very attentive. She took the time to help me find a haircut that really suited me and even gave me a super helpful mnemonic to remember the length: 3 fingers on the sides — simple and effective! A huge thank you to her for her expertise and kindness. Special mention as well for the incredibly fast appointment booking and the SMS notification letting you know when it’s time to head in — a real bonus. Great haircut, excellent service. We recently visited Just Cuts at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre because our son needed a haircut, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. After signing in, we were advised that the wait time would be approximately 30 minutes. This allowed us to do some shopping and return just before our turn. As promised, exactly 30 minutes later our son’s name was called — we really appreciated how accurate and reliable the timing was. We showed our hairdresser, Atiyeh, a photo on our phone of the style we wanted. She took a quick look and recreated it perfectly and very efficiently. The result was exactly what we had hoped for. We were extremely happy with the quality of the haircut, the friendliness of the staff, the reasonable price, and the well-managed waiting time. It was an all-round great experience. We will definitely be returning whenever we need a haircut. Thumbs up!

I have to give a massive thanks to Christielee for giving me one of the best haircuts and styles I’ve had. Her energy was exceptional and she was so welcoming at the salon. Even without a reference photo, she gave me exactly what I was looking for. And what’s better is that I love how cheap and convenient the Indooropilly store is.
